ConservCare specializes in the provision of ancillary products and services. Through its national network of high quality providers, ConservCare has the ability to provide products and services anywhere in the United States.
With this, ConservCare provides a World Class service experience that saves both Time and Money. Many carriers, third party administrators and case management companies are being required to cover increasing larger geographies from a central location. This puts a strain on company resources that are focused on finding and evaluating quality providers of products and services for claimants.
The challenge to find quality providers in new geographies and then negotiate reasonable pricing from each creates increased administrative work for the adjuster or nurse case manager.

ConservCare acts as the administrative assistant to the adjusters and nurse case managers, saving them as much as 80% of the time they would normally spend coordinating everything that a claimant needs. By taking on the administrative burden and coordinating all of the claimant's ancillary needs,
ConservCare saves the adjuster or nurse case manager Time. In addition to the time saved, by accessing ConservCare's national network of providers, every client benefits from the volume that ConservCare drives nationally. This volume allows ConservCare to negotiate very competitive rates on products and services nationwide. These rates are reflected in the savings that are passed on to its clients from the very first time they utilize ConservCare's services, saving them Money as well. Unlike other providers, ConservCare utilizes a "primary care coordination model" of patient management. When one of our Care Coordinators is assigned a case, they will be the primary point of contact for that patient/claimant for their entire length of therapy. Although each Care Coordinator works with an entire team of support professionals, they will be your single point of contact, even for additional services, status report requests, and billing review requests.

Michele Hand, President, Founder and CEO has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare marketplace having held positions with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida and Johnson & Johnson. It was Ms. Hand's insight that recognized the need for a single point of access to multiple services and her vision that high quality does not equate to high price that drives ConservCare's success.

Leesa M. Robertson, M.Ed., NCC, CADC, CAP, CADC, LPC, LMHC - Education Coordinator, draws upon her education and experience to provide our staff and client base relevant continuing education for professionals dedicated to maintaining their licensure and ever improving their unique skill sets through a quality curriculum. Ms. Robertson's experience includes Regional Director of ValueMark Brawner as well as co-owner of 5 outpatient counseling centers throughout metro Atlanta. Ms. Robertson has concentrated her efforts in staff development, providing continuing education and staff development programs to the insurance and case management industry, medical/surgical hospitals, psychiatric hospitals,and through private seminars.

Rick Shannon, JD - National Sales Director, has over 15 years of management, sales and claims experience in the insurance industry to position ConservCare for dynamic growth. Mr. Shannon's background includes most recently the design, implementation, management and sale of captive insurance programs with a national carrier; coupled with a strong sales foundation through Procter and Gamble, he delivers a competitive edge to ConservCare, Inc.

Kim M. Patton, Director of Operations, applies 15+ years of corporate customer service policy experience in her management of the operations of ConservCare, Inc. Coupled with her experience in case management and corporate training, she brings forth best of class business processes to provide for and support ConservCare, Inc.’ s value-laden solution.
