Home IV/Infusion Therapies & Supplies
Therapy needs from the basics like antibiotic therapy and pain medications
to more specialized needs such as chemotherapy and PICC lines are sometimes
the safest and most cost effective when administered in home. ConservCare's
experienced team of Care Coordinators can arrange for this and much more
such as Hydration and Nutrition Infusions. Don't forget we can take
care of supplies, pumps, other equipment and nursing services required
to administer the medications as well.
In- Home Diagnostics
There are times when it just makes sense to have the nurse that is already
in the home do the blood draws to obtain the required lab work or coordinate
other diagnostic testing and we are there to do that for you as a value
added service.
Medical Equipment
Need a wheelchair, hospital bed or nebulizer? How about a bath bench,
walker, or a pair of crutches? Utilizing our National Network of medical
equipment expert's home assessment, delivery, equipment fitting/adjustment
and set-up is no problem either! So whether you need specialty equipment
or traditional DME we are your right choice to obtain quality equipment
at competitive prices.
Medical Supplies
Whether the physician has ordered dressing change supplies like Xeroform,
Kling, saline or 4x4s or electrodes for the patient’s TENS Unit
we are ready to take of it. And most importantly supply orders are never
set up on an auto-shipment schedules!
Medications
IV Medications not what the doctor ordered? Oral, aerosolized and injectable
medications with the required equipment and/or supplies are available
as well. Retail pharmacy programs available too!
Nursing Services
Need a High-Tech RN? Need a PICC line certified nurse? How about a Home
Health Aide? An LPN? Not a problem! We can coordinate any and all home
care services. Also, we will monitor visits for timeliness, obtain nursing
reports and give you updates to document your files. Home health needs
are a priority, from skilled to sitter, we take care of it all for you
with a single contact.
Respiratory Care & Oxygen
Whether a concentrator, cpap, bipap, nebulizer or any other respiratory
care product is required we can take care of the equipment, supplies and
clinical assistance in the home required.
