Michele Hand, Michele Hand, President and Founder, has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare marketplace with companies including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida and Johnson & Johnson. It was Ms. Hand's insight that recognized the need for a single point of access for multiple products and services, her understanding that we must Conserv medical dollars spent, vision that high quality does not have to equate to high price, and her belief that Care cannot be removed from healthcare and that you must take excellent care for of your clients and the patients referred to us that drives ConservCare's success.

Kim M. Patton, Director of Operations, applies 20+ years of corporate customer service policy experience in her management of the operations of ConservCare, Inc. Ms. Patton has been with ConservCare for over 14 years. Coupled with her experience in case management and corporate training, she brings forth best of class business processes to provide for and support ConservCare, Inc.’ s value-laden solution.

Leesa M. Robertson, M.Ed., Director of Sales, draws upon her 20+ years of corporate and healthcare experience to position ConservCare for dynamic growth. Ms. Robertson's has been with ConservCare for over 14 years. Previous to ConservCare she excelled in the hospital setting as a Regional Business Development Manager over two hospitals in the Atlanta area. She has a strong sales foundation and has authored and presented on numerous professional development topics from Medical Errors to Ethics. She is an approved speaker through the Florida Board of Nursing and the Department of Financial Services.

Rick Shannon, JD - Network Development Manager, has over 20 years of management, sales and claims experience in the insurance industry. Mr. Shannon has been with ConservCare for over 9 years. Mr. Shannon's background includes most recently the design, implementation, management and sale of captive insurance programs with a national carrier; coupled with a strong sales foundation through Procter and Gamble, he delivers a competitive edge to ConservCare, Inc.
